Incredible family owned Tain L’Hermitage location on the Rhône river next to the bridge to neighboring Tournon sur Rhone. Staff was super helpful and kind. Room was clean and modern with view of river. Excellent value.

Location was perfect, off the beaten track, but easy to get into the town. The owner of the villa was very helpful, suggesting a place for us to eat in town -- we enjoyed it. We enjoyed talking with her.

A very pleasant stop on the famous "Route Nationale 7" mythic French vacation highway. Also easily accessible from the major highway. Tain is a wonderful town, right on the Rhone River, with world-famous vineyards. Check out some of the wine bars operated by the vineyards in the center of town. Wonerful market on Saturday mornings. Stroll across the pedestrian bridge to the neighboring town of Tournon. Excellent restaurants in both towns.

The shower door was missing, management knew it, and still rented the room as an upgrade. When pointed out, they did not give any discount. Parking was very tight for 7 cars only. Billed 10 euros after reserving a free place.
