Great room and location, and the staff is really nice!
Set on the banks of Durance River, this hotel is located in the heart of Provence. Guests can enjoy the view of Sisteron Citadel from the furnished terrace with a drink from the on-site bar.
It's a charming town with narrow hilly streets. Enjoyed La Citadelle visit - the views from there are fantastic. The best restaurant we can recommend is L'Oppidum - we ended up eating there 3 times (2 lunches and dinner) during our 3-day trip. The other good restaurant was Brassero near the cathedral. There is a very good gift shop "La Taste".

We stayed overnight in Sisteron on our way to Gilette, near Nice. Unfortunately the weather was cold and grim, this spoiled it for me, however it is an attractive small town with a variety of shops and the landscape all around is magnificent.

The location is fantastic.
The location is fantastic. It's great being in town and the town is really beautiful. They could certainly use some professional staff and not rely so heavily on the young ones to greet the customers. The bar and restaurant area is dated and devoid of character. It's a shame because the location is really really great.

An amazing location alongside the cathedral in the heart of Sisteron. Attentive and kind host who looked after us in her character full home. Make sure you're hungry for superb breakfast with locally sourced produce and amazing homemade cakes. We even got sent off with a goody bag. The views from the bedroom and our balcony were stunning.
Romantic, beautiful hotel, clean, service by manou was perfect. we stayed 2 nights and we were allowed to swim in the cottage de Sophie, outside Sisteron. A little secret in the ‘ campagne’ close to Sisteron.
This apartment is in centre of Sisteron. The entrance, stairway are not welcoming and have a strange odour. However the flat itself was clean and bright with basic amenities - think Ikea & Gifi.
How friendly and helpful can a hotel front desk be? Ask the front desk if this hotel. They were awesome. Other cool features: Super nice view, nice breakfast, super easy to access and park.
