The apartment is very clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. But most of all, the location was very good. The market, bakery and a restaurant are all co located. The owner responded timely. We had no problem finding a parking either. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The room was comfortable, clean and beautiful. So many wonderful little touches to make everything just perfect. The hosts were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. In our month of traveling through Italy and France this was our very favourite place we stayed in. The views are incredible and the breakfast one of the best we have had( Bruno’s scrambled eggs are the very best)in our travels. I can’t recommend this highly enough, a true highlight. Great location for cycling a short distance into Annecy. The beach there is gorgeous and has toilets, showers and a cafe. Very family friendly too. We dined at a restaurant on the lake and it was idyllic.

Where to begin?! This house is very horrible.
Where to begin?! This house is very horrible. Very old furniture and the smell was very very bad. The house had a lot of issues! Very smal and unsafe, especially for children. The hosts were even worse; they stay at the same house and they tell u not to swim in the morning or evening. There were also cats in the house and some of us are allergic to cats. We left the house after one day because we couldnt take it anymore. The hosts are charging us the full price without any refund.

It was the worse vacation ever.
It was the worse vacation ever. The host is really unfriendly and the house is dirty and unsafe. Nothing looks like the pictures you see on the website of booking.com. The house smells bad, the furniture is old and dirty. You have zero privacy, because she stays in the same house. She smokes all day and her pets are walking in and out of the house. So if you want a smoke and pet free vacation, you can forget it!

This property was very very clean. It was everything as described. The apartment is small but very well equipped and organized. Did I mention that the apartment is very clean! Getting the key was no worry. The lockbox is inside the hallway at the base of the steps. The person in charge of this unit is very nice and always available.

Sévrier is a nice small village close to Annecy. From here you have access to a lot of opportunities.
Hiking, swimming in the lake and a very good bet of bike roads and some cols.
The apartment is central in Sévrier at the main road. It's very clean and modern with everything you need for the stay.
The garage is big enough too keep a cannot car and your bike.
The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood south of Sevrier. It is very quiet and peaceful. Excellent Lidl nearby, an excellent bus route into Annecy and very close to the lakeside cycle route.
The staff at the hotel were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasurable, Emmanuel was incredible. Swimming pool and lounge area was really great with fantastic views.
The rooms were cosy and comfortable but what makes this hotel amazing is the stunning view of the mountains and the lake! Would recommend staying here.
