Decent in its category, has a homely feel to it. The beds are very comfortable!
Car park is available and free. The staff also looked after our luggage when we went sightseeing.
There were some kid entertainment packages (colouring sheets, games, yoyos, etc) which were very welcome by our daughter :)

The personnel is exceptional - both in the evening when we checked in and in the morning when we were leaving we were met by very kind and helpful staff.

If you don't like bugs and insects, then this not the hotel for you as it is on a private lot with their own stunning yard for other function and purpose. The main building has many different function rooms for chit-chat and pleasure. The hotel staff were very kind and polite. Their restaurant would hold different themes on certain month to allow guests to fully experience the local atmosphere.

We have been greeted more warmly at other hotels. We were not assisted with luggage and not advised of the wifi password. The restaurant and their staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a chilly night and we could not get the heating to come on in the morning. This hotel is fine and cheaper than our usual alternatives and it will suit many travellers. Indeed the car park and restaurant were both full throughout. The room was spacious and comfortable. But no heat and no warmth from the towel rails in chilly conditions was a shame.
Very quiet surroundings, there is a choice of rooms in the château itself or in a pavilion or Longère just a few steps outside. We stayed in the longère where you can park your car in front of the room which are all on the ground floor. As the château is set in a park and the hotel is animal friendly, I would definitely recommend this to everyone who travels with his pet.
Great location if travelling to / from the Uk, about 6 hours from Channel. Ideal if you have a dog as there are nice walks directly from the hotel. Our room was comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Good dinner. Nice welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
The hotel has been sympathetically modernised while keeping its history on display. The restaurant serves delicious local produce. It was perfect for an overnight stay on the way through France.
