An interesting and charming house, we loved the decor. The accommodation is set in lovely countryside and the large gardens are a work in progress. There are sitting places hidden around the garden for relaxation. Added bonus a covered swimming pool. The breakfast and dinner were well prepared and delicious. Emilien, is the owner, chef, gardener, and everything else !!! A lovely quiet place for an overnight before the ferry from Roscoff. We would certainly reccomend this place.
Saint-Thégonnec has a lovely "Enclos paroissial". It is a typical French country village: traditionnal buildings, impressive old church, a small river, a couple of cafés, a crèperie, a small grocery shop, a self-service outdoor launderette.
It is just beside the main road to Morlaix, a lovely town 10 minutes away, with historical sights, tourist shops, a tourist train ride around the town with commentary, large supermarkets, wine cellars...
It is also very close to the beaches and other seaside villages.
It is only 30 minutes from Roscoff.
For restaurants, I could only recommend the crèperie, although the opening hours were tricky, maybe because we went in April. Plan in the morning where you will eat in the evening.

Excellent location (across street from the Calvaire we came to see). The hotel was very comfortable with an excellent small restaurant (the food was excellent). We had asked for a shower and were given the disabled room - which was very spacious - not sure what the other rooms were like.
I loved that the hotel gave us a room that suited our needs. I loved the spacious room. I loved the quiet and safe location, 30 minutes from Roscoff. I liked being 10-15 minutes drive from all major shops. The staff was always ready to help. There was always hot water in the bathroom.
