The location was great! Right in the old town - a 30 second walk to the Joan of Arc church, lots of restaurants right around the corner. The staff were wonderful!

Staff were kind and patient with our desire to communicate in our (bad) French rather than their (impeccable) English. They also went out of their way to help when we got soaked in a rainstorm after we’d checked out. Location was great.

Easy to find, welcoming and helpful staff, bar had choice of drinks, restaurant provided pleasant dinner and choice for breakfast.
Location is excellent for being near to transit route, yet it was quiet.
Plenty of free car parking and everything was clean.
The town is about 20 minutes walk and we found no cafeteria or restaurant although there is a range of basic shops and a supermarket - four chocolate ice-creams for four euros was welcome on a hot day.

Fabulous location as stopover for our trip back home, also avoids having to go through Rouen with many traffic lights and therefore traffic jams. Right opposite the hotel is a SuperU and petrol station. Terrace outside seems lovely, lady at breakfast and checkout very friendly. The suite was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 children, with 2 single beds made up in separate room in the suite
Comfortable clean hotel in a good location for local amenities. Friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately we have been charged twice for the booking which has not been resolved yet despite contacting booking.com and the hotel
