The staff were very sweet, they were ok with us arriving early and nothing seemed a problem. The hotel is beautiful and has a fantastic pool, sun loungers etc. Breakfast was included and hosted an exquisite array of continental food, the concierge Albo was incredibly helpful and helped us find a restaurant considering a few were closed. The room was clean and had French style, the beds were incredibly comfy. Overall a WONDERFUL stay!
Renovations at this hotel were not completed by the time of our stay so they moved our booking all in good time to another of there hotels “ the Alexandra Palace “
