Visiting SIAL 2024 Exhibition, the journey from hotel to SIAL takes approx. 45 Min. by public transport, the center of Paris is approx. 30 Min. by underground, which station is near to the B&B Hotel.
Mornings are mostly medium quality dishes, so-called continental breakfast can be found in the restaurant at the ground-floor.

GOGLE IT , DO NOT TAKE MY WORD. Saint Denis is the most dangerous neighborhood in the whole COUNTRY .
We got robbed 50 meters from the Hotel.
We were tried to be mugged , the very next day , AT THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL by two guys on a scooter.
It is so dangerous that you can not use public transportation , you need to use UBER to be safe, which makes 80 DOLLARS PER DAY MORE EXPENSIVE YOUR STAY ( 40 to leave, 40 to return ) .
JUST RENT IN A BETTER AREA, even if it is a bit more expensive, at the end , it will resut cheaper....

St Denis is ok,my friends and I wanted to see Paris and that was good, the hotel was great and ST Denis was good only that if you like hanging out late this would be a good choice,places close before 12 mid night.

We chose the hotel based on its location - very close to the Stadt de France Stadium. This came very hande for coming and going to the stadium - around 25 min walk, even with all the heavy road constructions near by. Also it very close to the Carrefour Pleyel metro station, making the trip to Paris center very easy!
Very nice and helpful owner. Reasonable price taking into account that we arrived to Paris during Olympic Games and the apartment was located close to Stade de France. The apartment has a parking place in a closed garage which is very convenient for persons traveling by car.
Very clean and spacious apartment. Great for short or longer stays with very complete facilities. Beautiful view of Paris from the apartment windows and the terrace. Private and secure underground residential parking upon request. 10/10 fully recommend.
Hotel was ok. Basic but reasonably clean. Not the best of areas but easy enough to get into Paris by metro. No kettle but vending machine for coffee No tea. Only stayed two nights and a lot cheaper than staying in paris itself.
Sober host and was ready to help at anytime even though the property owner was outside paris, his brother was just a call away to meet any immediate need during stay
