A lovely country location only a few kilometers from St. Avold. Marie Paul’s, the owner, is super nice, cordial and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is served each morning with all types of fresh dishes, including homemade baked breads.

This was a nicely furnished apartment. We felt safe walking around at night when going "home." Very good restaurants in the neighborhood. It is very close to the Lorraine American Military Cemetery which is why we were there. Parking in a parking structure around the corner so you didn't have to deal with parking on the street.
It is on the 3rd floor by European numbering (The ground floor is zero.) In the USA it would be 4th floor of a walk-up so if you don't do stairs well, this won't work for you.

I did not get the room I booked as I wanted to have a room overlooking the car park - the hotel eventually changed my room for me. Also I was charged €185.71 for my one night stay including breakfast when I expected to be charged the lower price I booked on Booking.con. I thought that I would be charged the price I booked but the hotel said I did not book breakfast included which I did so they added this cost then added local taxes and also charged me €6 for changing my booking arrival date by one day!

Great location.
Great location. Friendly and well equipped for dogs and kids. Friendly staff. Great breakfast but pretty poor evening food (go into town for a decent meal - use the hotel restaurant if you want something fast)

The hotel is a great stop for the night en route to Calais...
The hotel is a great stop for the night en route to Calais and we have stayed before, an economical stay.
The hotel is neglected and and needs updating.
Bathroom en suite had no tissues, only one hand towel.
The staff were pleasant enough but the restaurant service was dreadful, we waited over half an hour for our first plate, and the same for our main dish, no clearing of our dishes so we left.
We would not recommend and will not use the hotel again in the future.
It could be so much better.

Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Evening meal was excellent. Prices were not too expensive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is in the one location but you are also near to other venues to explore, cafes, bars, shops. Free parking is provided at the Hotel De Ville ( Town Hall ) Only a couple of minutes walk away, whilst you are also able to park outside the hotel for unloading.
This hotel would have been called a 'relais routier' in the old days as it is positioned next to a lorry park but the food is excellent.The rooms are clean and quiet.There is an excellent bar and a very nice terrace to sit out and eat and drink.Close to the A26.
The staff are really polite & helpful. The hotel is ideally located to give access to motorways if travelling. The rooms are small, but have a kettle, tv & a comfortable bed.
