This is the best place to stay, relax and have a break at work.. Dining hall was excellent area to relax. Breakfasts and dinners everyday were delicious. Breakfast buffet was excellent food. Whitecoffee and orange juice were amazing every morning at 430 am.

The hotel offer a shuttle service to the air port, on the morning of my pre- booked trip 8 customers were waiting for the shuttle. The booking clearly states book early only 7 Spaces available. I was refused access despite early booking and payment made. Hotel refused to refund my payment and reception informed me they would call a Taxi at my expense. The shuttle was over booked, I have not been refunded or compensated for the high cost of a private TAXI
The cost is one aspect, importantly I was reliant on this shuttle to get me to the Airport for an international flight.
Please note, the shuttle operates under a different name "TIME ATTITUDE" however, the shuttle driver referred me to reception to arrange alternative transport. The receptionist made a telephone call and after gave me an Hotel business card and told me to make a claim on the Email address on the card

It was so close to the Airport which was great. Staff were very helpful and polite. Airport staff were very helpful. I had a morning flight so the hotel was perfect for me. After reading many negative comments, I was a bit reluctant to stay there. But the room was spotless. I would definitely stay there again.

The food was adequate. My wife returned her salad because it was wilted and spoiled lettuce. The beer was good. The staff was friendly. The room was very small. Just large enough for a queen size bed. We were tired, and it was just one night. Finding the shuttle was confusing because they all leave from the same bus terminal and it was raining. We ended up paying for a taxi. We were 5 minutes late for our shuttle the next morning. We paid for another taxi. (Shuttle drivers don't wait) CDG is very busy and a nightmare to navigate. We had great taxi service each time.

The room was the best for a family with 3 kids that we experienced in our 10 day vacation in France, Italy and Switzerland over the Christmas holidays. There was a bunk bed, a large sofa bed and a separate bedroom for the parents. We are from the US and are used to having large, modern suites like this for approximately $150 - $200 a night. We were amazed to find it on our last night before flying out of CDG airport. We had spent triple the cost and had to book two rooms everywhere else, as the other hotels wouldn’t allow the 5 of us to stay together in the same room. I only wish that it were closer to Paris - the cab ride was long and expensive. Perfect for staying when arriving and departing CDG.
The staff even helped us by getting on our phone to order pizza delivery for the kids. Super nice reception staff! Not condescending whatsoever.

Seemed like the building was made for athletes from Olympics, hard to two adults in the room. Breakfast was nice, staff helpful. We didn't have a car, so had to rely on shuttle and Uber. Only one restaurant close.

A hotel nearby the busy airport Charles de Gaulle should be mandatory to have someone at the front desk that knows how to speak and understand English. Ridiculous time spent checking in because the staff gives wrong/incomplete informations due to the lack of language knowledge. I hope this gets read by the hotel administration so they can provide better service to customers.
Great location near Charles De Gaulle Airport. Aeroville shopping mall nearby. Nice village (Roissy-en-France) nearby with good restaurants and a nice little church. There's a big park where you can walk around to do your daily exercise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd stay in 2 years. Definitely value for money.
The positives of this hotel are the very easy free access from CDG airport via a regular shuttle and the direct access to Paris Gare du Nord via the train station (literally next door). Station has an M and S! Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. There is a bar and food available
