Good size bedroom and bathroom with comfortable bed - nice and quiet. Easy access and parking. Hotel has been very nicely redecorated recently, with lovely floors in the common areas, and is bright, pretty and well looked after. It was also very prettily decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was simple but fresh and plentiful - nice coffee. This is our second stay, the hotel is per friendly if you need it (we do) and we will definitely come back, and the manageress is friendly and helpful.

The property was very near the motorway and easily accessible.
The room was overlooking the car park yet we were not bothered by noise from outside

Some really good restaurants but you need to book in advance as they all seemed to be busy in the evenings. Parking is quite good in the evenings but takes a bit of time finding a space during the day.

The hosts were great letting us check in earlier in the day. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped, one of the best I've ever seen in a rental place. And the apartment is right in the middle of Riom, one of the most characteristic French towns I've ever seen. Very close to great patisseries and food places. The wifi was great, the fridge was big, and while the cleaning fee is huge the place was very clean.
