Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Property was absolutely stunning. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. The restaurants were incredible including the bar. This experience literally brought us to tears. It truly was the best vacation of our lives. We are already planning our return for next year. I liked the property's location, it was in a very nice and secure neighborhood and very close to the tram. Very walkable location and lots of breakfast and lunch options. Reims town center is not far by car, so a win win. I also liked the property because it's is fairly new, so it's still pretty clean. Thank you for the endless coffee and drinking water available to the guests, we really appreciated it.

This was just a one night stopover on our way back to Calais but the accommodation and facilities were superb and greatly exceeded our expectations.
The Champagne provided on arrival and at breakfast was also most enjoyable so we purchased more for home consumption.

The staff deserves a big 10. Clean, immaculate and charming hotel, which offers relaxation, well-kept rooms and delicious food. Service and hospitality are highly valued here. Rare that complete team has such a high professional attitude. Very impressive. We felt us welcome! Hopefully next year, when we do our Champagne purchase again, we can make reservations at this fantastic hotel.
The first thing you notice is the beautiful design, bright and stylish. The shared living room is a wonderful place to sit and plan the next days activities. The room had everything one needs and beautifully decorated. Our contact with the hotel both before and during was excellent. We did the tour and tasting of the house and the champagne was exceptional as well.
The hotel is set within a champagne producer and is very atmospheric. The breakfast was very good with a selection of savoury and sweet which included some wonderful cheeses. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the on-site Champagne production tour and tasting.
