Really nice buffet breakfast. Unfortunately we were not at the hotel very long having arrived in the afternoon exhausted from overseas flight from Montreal. Still, we were very grateful for the excellent buffet. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable.

Room was large, light and well-thought-out, eg good read lights. The breakfast was excellent value--even make your own pancakes. And they make a simple dinner available if you don't feel like going out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally good value for money--will recommend to friends and would definitely stay again.

amazing service from Kamel, the receptionist. My train arrived late from Paris ,way past the closing time of the hotel but Kamel waited for me and had to wait an extra time when I arrived since I had to stop to an ATM to get some cash since my cc was not working. Always smiling, patient and attentionate. I could not had a better service from a 5 stars hôtel! Thank you Kamel? your boss is lucky to have you !

Rennes is old market town with many old builfdings some seem to be defying gravity other leaning heavily on their neghbours for support. The old town is quite extensive and is great for ambling around , on the edge of the old town is the river and a canal. The Thabor park is a gem well kept with a great variety . Renne is well located for trains and buses toi other places in brittany - Mont St michel , St Mlalo , and the lovley little town of Vitres are all about an hour away by public transport.

A lively city with some history and a great cultural ambience, great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants. The metro is also really efficient to get around from one end to another, into the suburbs and tickets are cheap too. Recommend going to the Champs Libres, a tour of the Parliament, the Cathedral of St Melaine and a walk through Parc du Thabor

Rennes is a beautiful city in the heart of Brittany, with a well preserved historical city core surprisingly unmolested by modernity. Very walkable with natives a lot more approachable than Parisians. Temperate weather, noticeable cooler than e.g. Bordeaux. Only downside that comes to mind is the small airport with infrequent and (relatively) expensive flights even to nearby London.

I only stay for one night each time I visit Rennes, in order to catch the car ferry from St Malo. This works well, especially on a Sunday evening when few restaurants are open, but street parking is free.

Vey good hotel in the heart of Rennes. Its small but cozy and clean. Fresh towels and bed linen. Small but cozy rooms. The reception is open till late, maybe 24/7.
Very good breakfast. The choice of eggs, pancakes, cheeses and fruits. Very good staff. We are satisfied with our stay there.
5-7 min by walk and you are at the center of the city.
Out recommendations 100%
The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the trainstation but you don‘t hear anything of the trains. The rooms were clean and everything was there and working properly. The city is in walking distance or one can also take the metro. This is a very good budged-option to visit Rennes.
Lovely hotel in the centre of Rennes. Staff were very friendly, especially the lovely lady who served us at breakfast and gave my children extra crepes! Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Great location. Parking round the corner. All in all, I would highly recommend.
A nice hotel in a good location, 2 minute walk to train and metro station. The rooms are small but adequate and the breakfast was OK. I would probably stay again if I was back in Rennes
