The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The man who arranges check-in a very fair and good-spirited person. He was the best part of this property and tried his best to accommodate me despite three major problems with the property. I cancelled my second night at Le Bon Moire and was given a full refund for that night without any problem. The gentleman who runs this property is a very good and decent fellow. I regret that I have to post such a negative review because I respect and value him tremendously as a person.

Charming town to make a base for vising the Champagne region in France! Definitely recommend visiting one of the many champagne tours! We did the discovery tour of the G.H Mumm group and loved it.
The Cathedrale Notre Dame is impressive to say the least.
If you're looking for good quality and authentic Indian food definitely give "Un Indien dans la ville" a visit. Their naans very better than the ones I've tasted recently even in India.
There was also a super nice and lively bar "Le Black Pearl" nearby.

A very clean city.
A very clean city. We were there on a Friday night and a Saturday morning in October and it didn't feel touristy, it felt like we got to experience the 'real' Reims. Had a wonderful dinner at Brasserie Boulingrin (opposite the food market) with a gracious and friendly waiter. We had an after dinner stroll to the Cathedral, at the suggestion of our waiter. The streets were filled with a happy after-work crowd (who wouldn't be in the heart of the Champagne region!). The Cathedral was awe-inspiring and very impressive. We spent Saturday morning at the food market amazed by the beautiful produce on display. I wish we had planned to have stayed longer, it felt like there was a lot to experience by wandering around and exploring the city. The people of Reims take great pride in their city, it was a joy to be a part of it all.

It is also surrounded by champagne houses and vineyards.
Excellent restaurants.
It is accessible for: not very hilly , good roads and pavements. Some cobbled stone areas but usually accessible paths. Clear pedestrian crossings.

A gorgeous town. Lots to see. All the champagne cellars we saw were great, informative. Make sure you book ahead in both Reims and Epernay for your favourite Champagne cellars. Most do not provide just tasting. You will pay for the tasting and the cellar tours which are all interesting but similar with information.

Reims has a lively and bustling centre. Great cathedral, well worth a visit. The market halls (not open every day, I believe) a nice to spend some time and buy foodstuff or wines. Reims is convenient for visit to the champagne area.

A lovely, spacious, quiet apartment with views over Champagne Pommery-Vranken. Having travelled for 2 months mostly in hotels, it was so nice to have somewhere we could relax over a home cooked meal...and do some washing!

There is a 'City Bus' (small, square blue bus) you can catch outside Vranken-Pommery near the big house you can catch to the champagne houses, city centre & train station which saves you about €10-15 one way in a taxi. Wish we had known that sooner.
We stopped over here on our way to the south east of France from the UK. It was a basic but clean hotel with everything we needed for the purpose of our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and breakfast was simple but nice. The bike store was useful. We got the tram into Reims centre from right outside the hotel for the evening.
Sebestien was a consumate host. Everything was explained wonderfully, the facilities were excellent with a SMS message sent to us with a great guide to the area was brilliant.
The location within 5 mins of the station and 10 mins City Centre is ideal.
The secure off road parking was a real bonus.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting Reims.
