We stayed at Camping Garennes- Le Fliers. We have two young toddlers. Not a family friendly environment, despite having a nice pool. Will complain about pettiest things in order to keep your cleaning fee deposit. Excessively rude people at reception.

It is a country town, but has a rail station that goes directly to Berck sur Mer, which is rather surprising beach town with excellent white sandy beach. Location of this town is convenient for all attractions in the Baye de Somme area, which is a surprisingly pleasant spot and a great place to break a journey from North to South or with a channel crossing for example.

This hotel is our favourite stopover when travelling to or from France. Just off the motorway it is 40 minutes drive from Eurotunnel. Staff are always friendly, there is an excellent restaurant, ( closed Mondays), the rooms are clean and very comfortable.
It has never been less than excellent in the 3 years we’ve been staying there.
Very well maintained and managed hotel, with good facilities and service from the helpful staff. It is a good location for onward travel to or from UK, and is 'out of town' so easy to navigate to with excellent parking facilities.
Easy check in, secure parking and spotlessly clean, just an overnight stay for us before heading for an early ferry and booked last minute. Good quality hotel with really lovely receptionist who spoke good English.
