Except for our WiFi which was too slow, our stay was exceptional: the rooms and materials were perfect (lots of real oak), the design was new and trendy, the restaurant was out of this world and fairly priced, the wine was local and fantastic, the breakfast for €25 was bottomless and with fresh products (bread, fruits, jam, all kinds of cheeses, ham) and you can get free freshly made eggs and crepes upon demand, pools and jacuzzi were clean, the outdoor area clean, 1 hour massage for €85 was good, the staff was caring. Best stay ever, even got a free bottle of wine to make up for the WiFi problem.

Wouldn't have minded having time to look at the old mine a bit and maybe explore locally - there are wine caves etc. but we were really only passing through on our way back up through Europe so can't say much about anything within the town.
We specially liked the hospitality of the hosts! There is an elevator to all levels. The breakfast tastes good with partly served bread, tea/coffee and one can take from a small buffet. The room is good, bathroom ok, the shower is in the bathtub. This hotell is at the main roadcrossing in Pulversheim with a easy driving distance to many beautiful villages like Colmar, Guebwiller, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim and close to the wineroad in Alsace. The hotel has a big and modern parkingplace.
Arrived to a large car park and hotel and carried bags up two flights of creaking stairs to our nice large room. Big disappointment that it was a public holiday and the hotel restaurant was closed with an impressive menu. The owner’s son was the chef with extensive experience which showed in the menu and reviews. We had dinner in the only place open, a pizza place 2 doors away.
The room was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay, though a little dated. Parking behind the hotel.
The restaurant on site (a separate business) was good and very welcome after a long drive.
