The friendliest staff ever! 10/10 for the receptionist named Juan – he was an absolute gem and helped us so much. The rooms were also very tidy, and they personalized our room for my son's birthday with a sweet letter and chocolates. This is the second time we've stayed here for my son's birthday, and every time the service is just as excellent. Very satisfied and definitely recommend it!!
