There was a lot of potential at the property. But that was the problem, it was potential.
The place is amazong,very clean,the staff very friendly and keen to make our stay confortable. In addition to this I'm glad to say that the hotel took the initiative to post my daughter forgotten item back to Uk. It shows their commitment to customer service. I want to mention how appreciative we are for the efforts and how it positively impacted our overall impression of the hotel.

Very good hotel, we just stayed one night, but with good comfort. Also thanks a lot to personal, our daughter left in the room her souvenirs from the Paris, they contacted us and send them by post. Very good service.
