Very cosy city with a rich history. The palace of the kings of Majorca is a curious place to see and the exposition is arranged masterly. There are a few locations to visit in the vicinity of Perpignan such as Collioure, which is highly recommended. Les Halles Vauban offers good gastronomy. The city center is fairly compact and the railway station is in walking distance, so one barely needs any transportation.

Nice historic center.
Nice historic center. Cathedral, palace of king of Majorca and hotel Pams are must see. Also, I would recommend to visit the beach and sea aquarium.they are accessible by public bus 3 from the Perpignan center.

A lovely city with Catalan roots which are very well...
A lovely city with Catalan roots which are very well highlighted. We only had one night/day as we were travelling through. We walked the lovely city centre and jumped on the Petite Train, which for 10E and nearly 45 minutes of history was brilliant!
We dined at a lovely outside restaurants called L’Arago, food was stunning!! We had mussels, mixed fish tapas, seafood linguine and even pork belly! All beautifully cooked and served with a smile 😊 ⭐️

The staff is super nice, the accomodation as well, everything was clean and tidy. They let me store my luggage before and after the check in. Also there were lockers with plenty of space for our things to be safely stored.

The food is excellent (especially L'Arago) excellent bars close to Castille perfect for an evening drink in the sun.
Proximity to Canet-sur-Mer is great too; we spent a day here and it is brilliant.
It is my second time here, I came originally in 2018 to watch my team play Catalan Dragons. I always vowed to return with my wife for a visit and she loved it.

We've travelled to Perpignan many times now over the years...
We've travelled to Perpignan many times now over the years that Super League games have been played there.
We've seen the sights there many times and there are some interesting places to visit.
This time we stayed in Canet in a beach front apartment which is just 20 minutes away from the town and would recomend that to anyone who's seen the sights of Perpignan itself.

Not easy to find as hidden behind another building on a busy roundabout on ring road.
Great for overnight stay if you don’t want to visit the city BUT be aware of the lack of eating places around here!
Most of those listed on google maps are closed or only open lunchtimes ( it’s deserted in the evening)
The hotel is clean, modern and pleasant enough, good free car park outside, large comfortable room with small balcony, fridge, kettle, tv, air con, WiFi,etc. Pleasant grounds with swimming pool and sunbeds but needed cleaning.
The location of the hotel is ideal. In fact, you can easily see the hotel from the main train station, so you can check in quickly upon your arrival into Perpignan. The room is comfortable. The staff are friendly. The price for breakfast is not excessive, and it is buffet style. The room is comfortable.
We liked pretty much everything about the Dali Hotel - the room was bright and cheerful with great AC which we really needed as it was very hot, the bathroom spacious with a great shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can hop on a bus outside to a lovely beach - Canet Plage.
Great staff and a spotless room 👍 breakfast was filling and adequate and the location of the hotel meant we were only ten minutes walk from the centre of Perpignan 😀😀👍
