Gorgeous Chateau, friendly & knowledgeable staff, excellent dinner & breakfast. The room was lovely - clean, comfortable with beautiful views of the grounds. Electric bikes to borrow, nice trails through wineries. They even have a heated pool and fitness center!

Lovely property, with loads of old fashioned charm as expected from an older, romantic, small French chateau. Super nice and helpful staff who gladly provided us with plates, silverware, and glasses so we could share our evening picnic and a bottle of wine with a couple of other guests, which we did first on the patio before we moved to the large wooden table in the warm kitchen.
Château La Gravière features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 30 miles of Gironde Estuary and 26 miles of Médoc Resort Golf Course.

Wonderful property to stay at with Madeleine and Alain as hosts, in a wonderful area of France, we visited some amazing wineries and equally amazing restaurants in the area
Madeleine cooked for us 1 nite and it was wonderful, breakfast was equally good
There is a pool and jacuzzi on property which is a nice touch, it was difficult to leave

Breakfast is OK but not exceptional. The standard room had an extremely narrow bed not sufficient for two persons. The other one was ok. The room was very cold. The spa is ok but the basin is small. The hotel is well situated in the town centre. The picture on Booking is misleading: the hotel is situated in the middle of a street, not in the nature. Globally, the hotel is comfortable but has a low value for money.
The hotel is set right in the vineyards. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing and the staff were superb. Although the restaurant is currently closed the associated bistro in the village is only a couple of minutes walk and the food there was superb. The pool was perfect and the loungers very comfortable. The bed was exceedingly comfortable too. Thoroughly recommended hotel.
Beautiful, family run hotel with individual rooms in the heart of the Haut Medic area. Very convenient for exploring the area and right next to Château Baron Pichon. Pascale was a superb and thoughtful hostess. Couldn’t have been better.
Reception was efficient and friendly. The hotel room was very nice, and the sleep comfort was unusually good for someone who always has difficulty the first night sleeping in a strange bed.
