The Property was everything we expected. The staff was really nice and very very helpful. I forgot a personal thing in the room and the Hotel send it back to me by Post.

The reception and bar team were lovely, very helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious, and one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had - fresh berries, fruit, yogurt, nuts, cooked breakfast, pancakes, the list goes on and it was very tasty, good quality too. There was a gym that was moderately equipped and the hotel was modern. Location was good, just off the highway and easy to stay one night as a stop off. The aircon worked well and there was free parking.

Hotel is located at a great location, not far from highway and right next to a bicycle lane taking you to the centre of the city. I drove with my car, parked at the free parking and went to the centre with my folding bike.

The staff were a perfect balance of professional and friendly, always available when needed but never intrusive. Every interaction felt warm and attentive.
Location was okay, but didnt see any signs for hotel, lost because of flashy IBIS signs everywhere.
Check in simple, helpful staff, who forgave my lack of French.
Breakfast provision adequate for price level
Price was fair comparing to hotels in the area.We stayed just for a sleapover. Staff at reception was very friendly. Hotel itself is in really bad state,but it's not staffs fault and would say they does quite OK.
It's not very bad for a low cost hotelroom if you have low expectations :)
We just needed something more comfortable than the car for 1 night, so we covered the needs.
