We had a comfortable and quiet room. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location is great. And the little spa was the icing on the cake. Altogether, we had a pleasant and restorative break.

The breakfast was superb and plentiful. The proprietress was friendly and helpful and allowed us to use her kitchen to heat some food and eat it on the terrace. Ornans itself is a lovely small town. We had booked the smaller room but chose to upgrade to a lovely larger one with large bathroom, as we were staying two nights. The house is full of character in an artistic way reminiscent of a bygone era.
Ornans is a beautiful town. We stayed 7 nights and visited the region which is gorgeous.
The house is very near downtown and has all you need to spend a wonderful time, including reading by the edge of the river.
Sonia is a very warm and attentive host. She gave us a lot of good advice for the stay. Do not hesitate to stay here for a visit to Franche-Comté!
