The location of the hotel was suprisingly good. It wasn't an industrial parc as feared due to the low price and has a very good public transport connection to Rouen City. The people from the hotel were really kind, even with low french knowledge and they tried their best to make the stay comfortable. The room was really small, but with everything you needed - cabrio room with shower and toilet included. The breakfest was also very small, but for us enough. The instruction were in french - english and polnish - so thumps up.
