We were very satisfied, impeccable cleanliness, super friendly host. Towels and bed linen in sufficient quantity. Dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee machine and microwave. Nothing negative to say.
Situated in Nogent-sur-Marne in the Ile de France region, triplex, centre-ville, terrasse has a terrace. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a balcony.

Very nice neighbourhood, birds chirping in the morning, overall the house has a great vibe.

Nogent-sur-Marne is very much an affordable, diverse suburb of Paris - there isn't a ton to do there. But the amazing RER train system makes it easy to hop on and get to the center of Paris or transfer to any locations within 30 minutes (maybe 40 if going to CDG airport).
It was quiet and felt safe to walk after dark.
The boulangeries were excellent and we had a lovely dinner at Bella Rosa (Italian) on 3 Grande Rue Charles de Gaulle our last night there.

The room was on the seventh floor.
The room was on the seventh floor. It had a large picture window with a view of the Marne, a bridge, a highway on the other side of the river, and parks and towns on the other side.
The room was comfortable and convenient, with contemporary decor. The bathroom was attractive, but there was no shelf for my personal items.
The breakfast buffet was nicely set up, with a large variety of healthy options. Instructions for cooking eggs would have been helpful. In all, I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this hotel again if I were in the area.

The flat is located in the center of Nogent-sur-Marne. Closed to shops, restaurants and french bakeries. Near by there are a lot of buses and trains to travel to Paris or to the nearby suburbs.
The flat is super clean and have everything needed and necessary for a good stay.
Émile was a great host. Always available to help out or answer a last minute question. When I told him I will work from his flat, he came back the next day with a new chair so I could work in the best environment possible. He is a host I recommend.
The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and a friendly team. The room is clean and the bathroom is located in an area somewhat far from the center of Paris. It is not suitable for people who depend on public transportation, but everything is ok and the value for money is amazing. I recommend renting a car for easy transportation to tourist places
The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early and had our room upgraded. The room was so spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing. The hotel was a 15 min walk from the station and a little corner shop was very close by so everything was very accessible.
Great area to stay - not just because of convenient transport to Paris, it is a lovely city, views from river shore - magnificent. The hotel is just on the riverbank, so you can have splendid walks from there. Rooms are big and well equiped. Price-excellent!
A nice, clean hotel. Good value for money and close to the city without city prices. Staff were friendly and helpful and able to assist with train and metro information.
