Very helpful, English-speaking staff. Amazing restaurant offering local Basque cuisine or more international dishes (dogs allowed!). Breakfast was served for me in my room, and it was plentiful. Great overall experience.

For me the standout feature of this hotel was its location. It was easy to access by car, but also had excellent public transport connections to the city via the F bus line. It was close to restaurants, fuel station and a hypermarket.

The young lady on reception when we checked in was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was keen to improve her English, I'm keen to improve my French so we agreed to converse in each others language and help each other. Sadly I didn't get her name but she deserves a special mention.

We had an absolutely fantastic night in this hotel. We would like to say ‘Mercie’ again to all the staff at the hotel, everyone was very friendly.
We had a long drive from Spain and arrived at 21:00, but were welcomed and pleasantly surprised with the menu offered at their restaurant.
Our room was new, clean and our mattress was fabulous. This is a perfect stop and recommend anyone driving through France to stop here.

Lovely old house in Morlaas. Marie and her daughter were the perfect hosts. Beautiful bedroom with big bathroom. Very nice location in village within 15 min of the big city of Pau.
