It was basic but comfortable and very good value for money. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room - something we didn't find in more expensive hotels on our trip. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The host was very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The location is amazing, extremely quiet, with many beautiful walking trails nearby. The chalet is very comfy and cosy. Dogs are welcomed. The garden is huge as well.

The hotel is lovely, quiet and quaint, authentic and beautifully remade. We were a group of families travelling with many kids - I would say the hotel is better suited for older couples, less for young kids. There was a problem with the pool, but thankfully it was solved before checkout so we got to enjoy it for a few hours before we left. If I am to return to the area without the kids - I would love to come to the hotel again.
