We highly can recommend Château de Rancé.
The site is beautifuly renovated with so much attention to details! Modern conform in a historical setting.
The breakfast is lovely too with local cheeses to enjoy besides the usual breakfast dishes.
The landlord was amazing and made our stay unique ! Also the restaurant recommendation we received was a real treat with local dishes to discover.
For us Château de Rancé is a hidden gem that awaits to be recovered.
Many thanks for your hospitality and we hope to come back soon !

A wonderfully spacious apartment, very tastefully decorated. It was very clean and well equipped. The two A/C units were very welcome during the August heat. We enjoyed watching the Olympics on the huge TV.
What a great place. We travelled with my assistance dog on the way back from Italy. It is super dog and disability friendly. They also made us a huge goats cheese salad for supper even though it wasn't on the menu. In our experience France can be tricky with an assistance dog but this hotel really understood what was needed and they could not have been more helpful.
The ideal getaway for a golfing trip. I love the friendliness of the staff and the amenities that the hotel boasts. Rooms are clean and the place is quiet at night.
