Location location location! A stunning town with easy access to it from the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and seemed a little sparse when we got in but it met all our needs and was delicious. The staff had great attention to detail. We accidentally left a charger and they watched for us to return to the car after exploring the town so they could return it.

Nathalie was nothing short of the perfect host, extremely kind, helpful yet unintrusive. The room has everything you could hope for and the bed is one of the most comfortable I can remember sleeping in. The location is ideal to enjoy this little gem of a village.

The property was ideally located. It offered some amazing views across the countryside and was still close enough to the village for amenities. It was extremely clean and spacious. The bathroom was particularly large, offering a bath and walk-in shower. Elena was very helpful, explaining what could be found locally and making a very large breakfast whenever I chose to take it.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a friend’s wedding closeby. Moulin De Ladausse is an extremely beautiful property, with stunning, peaceful surroundings. Claudine was a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed, breakfast was delicious and the pool was so lovely to spend an afternoon! Fussing over Claudine’s gorgeous dog was an extra treat, whilst we missed our own back home! We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Everything was great!
Easy to access keys, facilities, parking etc.
The apartment was clean with a great shower/bath, nice terrace with table/chairs and the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook and clean etc.
We honestly couldn't fault our stay! The pool is also great with a large pool for adults/big kids and a separate small pool for smaller children.
Thanks for a fab stay! Would recommend.

Was at Monflanquin to help my son with his rebuilding project - clearing an old barn prior to the builders starting - so only went to the Recycling Centre just outside and the Casino Supermarket to purchase food and petrol supplies etc. but the sports facilities close to where I stayed looked very good.

The main square holds a little market on a Thursday selling fresh produce, wines and clothes etc. There are also a number of friendly restaurants.
It is easy to walk around the village but there are some steep pathways.
You will need to drive or take a taxi to travel to the next village

We were there to visit our son. We have been to Monflanquin many times, it is very historic with lovely buildings. Most magnificent views from the top. Downside is it has particularly steep side streets. One of the highest Bastides I should think. Most of the eating places are good.

Monflanquin is a beautiful village.
Monflanquin is a beautiful village. We stayed for four days and it couldn’t have been better . The people were fantastic and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There are fantastic medieval buildings and some of the best restaurants . Parking is easy and they have a farmers market on a Tuesday . We visited other villages close by but this was by far the best one.

The location was good and we walked into the town about...
The location was good and we walked into the town about 3kilometres they had a lovely pool in the grounds stunning views. A b b q area if we wished to use it and a fully equipped kitchen which could be used but the bbq as well as our room there was a library/sitting room that could also be used. Friendly hosts and were keen to make sure our stay was comfortable and we could relax, which we did
The gîte is in a quiet area close to Monflanquin and has countryside views. Communication with the owner was quick and easy and he supplied us with lots of helpful, interesting information about the gîte, the area and the surroundings prior to our stay. The gîte itself is well-equipped, well maintained and comfortable. The pool is wonderful and there are lots of sunny and shady places to relax around the pool and in the garden. Although the owners live on site, they were discrete and gave us complete privacy.
We stayed for a wedding in the local area and the location was perfect, the lake made for a lovely view whilst having breakfast, parking is easy and the receptionist was extremely helpful when we first arrived and during our departure.
the area is extremely quiet and relaxing and only a short walk (although Hilly) into Monflanquin.
The supermarket is only a short drive for the property.
We were welcomed warmly and offered the pool and a tour of the fascinating garden. Beautiful.
We arrived tired and found Montflanquin poor for restaurants. When we returned to the hotel, our host offered us something to eat, and produced a superb 3-course meal with wine, serving it on our terrace.
The breakfast was exceptional!
