It was just a room for a night before I joined a wedding party. It was 100m from the venue so was okay. Bed and shower very clean but the room was dirty. The air conditioner was filthy. If the room was clean it would have been a good stay. The barman who checked me in was very helpful, showing me the night entrance etc. Nice breakfast in the morning.

The property is located in a quiet residential area in the centre of Moliets-et-Maa and 5mn driving distance from the beach. It boosts all the equipment one needs for an enjoyable holiday and offers the bonus of having a great Jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
The concierge service is of exceptional standards. Walter is very personable and has made sure our stay at the property was a relaxing one.
This was an amazing property--there were 2 of us plus two largish dogs and all were well accommodated. There was room for 4 more, but that might get a bit tight. Accommodation was superb, attractive, clean and the 2 gardens perfect for the doglets. Danielle was gracious and met all out needs, in fact put herself out. Dogs no problem as she loved them to bits.
Walter was an incredible host. He made the whole booking really straightforward from booking, to arrival and through to leaving. The location was excellent and the accommodation was clean and comfortable.
Very good location for the cycle route Vélodysée.. easy to find. Closest hotel to the beaches. Clean, comfortable beds. Safe bike storage. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great vegan café just down the road.
