The Host speaks good English. He is very helpful and was responsive to our requests: 1) waited for us for late check-in at night; 2) and helped with luggage storage on the last day.

Fresh and crazy spacious apartment. Alexis the owner is a super nice and helpful person. Location is perfect. Within walking distance metro station. Check on smooth as can be.
2min to great asian restaurant, 5min to Italian restaurant, same to good bakery and supermarket. Hope to be back to Paris and to that place.

Great location for getting into Paris and beautifully clean! Such attention to detail and definitely a feminine touch which we appreciated! Comfy and well equipped for an overnight stop and smelt very nice.
Malakoff was a lovely quiet town which was perfect for us.
Malakoff was a lovely quiet town which was perfect for us. We were very happy to have somewhere quiet to go to after long days of sightseeing.
It also had a very safe feel to the area. We walked around at all hours of the day and night as we were going to and from the city and always felt safe. There was a pharmacy, bus stop, train station, patisserie, corner shop, restaurant - everything you could need was all within walking distance. We'd definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was great. Housekeeping was everyday. Staff is friendly. They will arrange taxi for you. But the room was small. No phones on the room. Hair dryers need to be borrowed with ten euros deposit. Only heaters in the room so you have to open windows. Bathrooms were small but clean. It's a clean hotel but don't expect too much on a two star hotel. It was only 15 minutes away from the arc de triomphe which was great. Through taxi ofcourse. It's a good place if you are on a budget. But it won't come with everything. It's not exactly a holiday inn hotel. My mother loved the croissants here on this hotel! It is good.

Hotel is close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre and has also good connection to the city centre. There are not many places to go out in the evening, but on the other hand the neibourghood is quite safe at night.

The cost of a standard room in this hotel is 59 €...
The cost of a standard room in this hotel is 59 €...They says that the price can raise up to 200 € when there is activity at the exposition center at Porte de Versailles. I paid 159 € ... without breakfast !!!
Here is a short list of what I did not like in this hotel:
- The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
- There was no more soap in the dispenser.
- Only one bath towel ... and mold in the shower
- It was like living next to the subway, even on the sixth floor.
- You can hear neighbors talking / coughing
For 59 €, yes .... for 159 €, definitely not!

I arrived early, so they weren't able to accommodate me when I arrived. I came back an hour later and had to wait in the corridor near my room whole the manager finished an inspection--which I appreciate since it meant they cared about giving me a clean and proper room. The sector isn't the sexiest area of Paris, but it suited me perfectly. The room was quiet and comfy, and the breakfasts were good. I would definitely stay there again
The room was reasonably sized, the breakfast was nice and the location was also great for us. We could just walk to many attractions but then the metro was also really close in case we were tired and wanted to quickly come back to the hotel. We were also very satisfied with the safe garage for our car which was very affordable and we could just leave and return whenever wanted without much fuss. In overall, a really nice experience.
