It's a super cute, cozy little town right outside of Disney. It's quiet enough to feel like you're close to the French "Campagne" (rural land), but only a 5-minute drive from Disneyland. And it has everything you need - Bars, Restaurants, a Supermarket, roads to walk on and discover the area...

Didn't really explore the area, we just went to Disneyland Paris park. But, one thing I found really positive about the area is that it is easy to get there by bus (around 1hr ride) from the airport. Also, it is really easy to get to Paris city centre from the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy train station (around 45 mins).

The indoor pool was fantastic as it offers a warm swimming experience that my kids really loved. Breakfast had great choices just missing a chef to give guests fried eggs; alternatively, they could provide a spot for guests to fry the eggs themselves. Also the waiting time for guests to boil eggs themselves is too long, owing to the temperature of the "hot water". Either make it boiling water or get boiled eggs as part of the option. The environment and the infrastructure are very lovely, but the sit out areas needs to be swept spotlessly clean always, as it ruins an otherwise great infrastructural beauty. Housekeepers do not report early and there's no regular drinking water provided in the rooms. There's free shuttle to Disneyland which is a great comfort for guests.

We informed the front desk that our shower walls were extremely coated in scum and they said it was not their problem. They told us the company that cleans the rooms is not the hotels company. The shower never got cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. My kid put 10 euro in the game area machine to get credit to play games and the money got stuck in the machine. We asked the front desk to get her 10 euro back and they told us it was not their company that ran the play area. We kept asking 5 times during our 4 nights there and never got our money back. They would always say that the technician was not there. Also, they couldn't find the birthday cake I ordered and prepaid for! We also paid for 2 birthday packages and they already had them in our room when we arrived, not on the day requested. It was pretty frustrating. With a little better management. effort it could be a good hotel. The hotel is really geared towards kids and kids fun. The kids liked the pool slide and the fun play areas. I will never stay there again though.

Close to Disney, good shuttle bus service to Disney although the buses do get very busy and people can be very rude if you are travelling with small children in pushchairs. I used the Magic Shuttle to return to Charles de Gaulle, which was very easy & clean We ate at Grand Magic Hotel, Billy Bob's & Hotel Cheyanne, all very clean & lots of choice of food with good service
