Got an upgrade to a room with a terrace. That was nice.
One of the male staff at the check-in , was very nice. he helped carry two heavy suitcases, and also gave wonderful suggestions on where to visit nearby.
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is excellent. Wish I actually got to eat a full dinner meal at the restaurant but we didn't get a chance to.
Lots of restaurant options in the town that opens until late.

Overall a lovely stay - we originally had room 3 which is one of the small rooms (room 1 is the other) and really struggled with the room set up - basically no storage, no where to put bags, fridge on the floor, just a very hard room for 2 people to stay in. The Bed and Shower were great. We then asked to more to a larger room and moved to The Grand Salon (room 2) which was absolutely lovely, great views down the main street, super shower and a completely different experience from the other room. Great bed, super clean - again some silly little things (why is the Fridge on the floor?) but a nice stay in a pretty village. Would recommend for Room 2, but not for the small rooms.

Great room, it was cosy but worked well. Good location, short walk into town. Handy having free parking on site. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! Fruit, yoghurt, bread and a hot drink. Really enjoyed it!

Beautiful room in the Bastide with bathtub which yes took a while to fill (massive) but all part of the charm and made for a very relaxing first night. Absolutely charming lady managing the house during the day. I didn’t have time for breakfast the following morning but it looked delicious as I was heading out

The setting is fantastic and the property has been refurbished to a very high standard. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them, it has a lovely family feeing to it and you feel instantly at home. The pool is a lovely temperature and probably one of the best we’ve ever had. It has a limited number of rooms so it always feels intimate and not like a hotel. A short walk into Lourmarin.

The heart of Lourmarin, where we stayed, is extremely beautiful - cobbled streets and restaurants. If you cannot pull your bags for 100m, you may have a problem with staying in the heart, as it is paedestrian zone and the taxi needs to stop outside the zone - make a plan to pull your bag - it’s so worth it and very close to a not particularly friendly or helpful Info office, but still. Cafe Gaby is a win!!!!

Lourmarin is a lovely village with a great choice of cafes and restaurants and a friendly atmosphere. It is a good centre for visiting other areas within Provence. It is only one hour from Marseille Airport, but unfortunately there are poor public transport connections.

Lovely little provencal city with great markets on fridays and lots of good food. Pricey of course as all of France but I really enjoy the boutique shops which offer other clothes than your run of the mill articles that you find everywhere else... I recommend to go off season in may or september and definitively go for the classical music concerts in the chateau. Overall, I felt in love with this area:-)

Lovely village with lots of restaurants and great mini golf course alongside a restaurant - play golf then eat :-)
Lively music on both nights. Obviously popular with locals as well as tourists. Well situated for travel to other villages, lavender fields, hiking and cycling trails ....

The accommodation was excellent, respecting the flavor of the place. The materials used are of high quality (the bathroom being tiled with natural slate) and everything is arranged with great taste. The accommodation is relatively close to the center of Lourmarin, about 17 minutes' walk. The host is an extraordinary lady who gives us the best advice to enjoy the area. Moreover, he came with his own car and picked us up when we got lost. Thank you very much!
the location of the property was perfect, a few minutes walk from Lourmarin, so you don’t need to drive every time for having meals or drinks. Everything was sparkling clean, the owners extremely helpful and nice! great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit..The property itself is very beautiful, green, quiet and comfortable.
