the overall service from the staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for my staying. I had a lovely time and the food at the restaurant Brasserie was very good.

Beautiful location, although quite hard to find! A secret gem. Breathtaking views although the garden could have been tidied up, ie the grass needed cutting making it feel a little shabby, which was a pity as the location is stunning. Delicious supper at the hotel's restaurant in the middle of the village. We bought a lot of delicious local wine from the local wine shop. Friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is a dream! The view when you arrive is breathtaking (the majestic driveway, the garden and the tiny pond) and also inside everything perfect. We loved the way the room felt like it was a Loire castle; the luxurious fabric on the walls (in the same style as the curtains), the high ceilings with beams, the big windows. And yet it felt like everything was new and clean.
Also, the service at the reception, in the restaurant and at the bar was sublime. This is definately the best hotel i ever went to. We will absolutely come back.
We had the most amazing time at the Abbaye de Villeneuve when we spent one night there driving from Brittany to South of France. The service was amazing, the rooms beautiful, and we got to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend asking for a reservation at L’Epicurien as well (the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel) which was delicious.
Wow factor when you arrive. Beautiful building. Both historic and wonderfully contemporary modernised into a hotel. Love the high ceilings and the stone. As someone who is allergic to pets it was super allergenic. The staff and service was exceptional. Excellent meal in the evening.
Super convenient location for Nantes and an overnight stay.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. I have not experienced service as exceptional as this in years and all the staff which work at the hotel are a credit. We had dinner in the brasserie and the sommelier was brilliant. Wished we were staying longer.
