Friendly reception lady. Good location walkable to the centre. We could store our bicycles in their safe locked garage.

Very good location, right in the middle of Le Treport. The town is a busy resort with plenty of bars and restaurants, and a busy fishing port, which the property overlooked.

A lively little town nestling at the bottom of the cliffs.
A lively little town nestling at the bottom of the cliffs. The free-to-use funiculaire railway was a great facilty and the views from the top of the cliffs over the rooftops was amazing.
The quayside walk provided a wealth of eateries to suit every taste. However, even in early May it was very busy - I am not sure I want to be there in July/August!

We liked the view of the harbour and seeing boats come and go. There was a variety of good restaurants for dining out. This was an area quite unfamiliar to us, so we enjoyed cycletouring around the district. The long climbs out of Le Treport was a challenge we could have done without on 2 wheels, but there was a FREE, frequent funicular railway to the clifftop on the south of the town which we used often. The beach was shingle; not ideal for some. There were a lot of seagulls around the town, and they were noisy at all hours, disturbing sleep.

Great little seaside town, with a free funicular railway to great views over the town. Belle Époque architecture is amazing.
Not a lot of options to eat if you are vegetarian - non if your vegan - most restaurants predominantly serve seafood.
Ideal for a one day visit.

Small seaside town loaded with restaurants.
Small seaside town loaded with restaurants. The main attraction is the cliff on top of which you can climb using the free funicular. Nice walks are possible along the seaside, as well as along the top of the cliff.

It was unexpectedly wonderful! We are going back soon.
We loved the beach area.
The Homard Bleu wasn't as good as expected.
But it was very easy to get around.
We are going back soon. We loved it.
Lovely old hotel on the harbour front with a slightly odd building layout. Very comfy room with harbour view, decorated in bright cheerful colours including the bathroom tiles - yellow and green! It had everything we needed for an overnight stop including a very good breakfast.
Note for vegetarians - it's worth looking up Restaurant 4 Saisons at the foot of the cliffs near the funicular station. If asked they will provide a good vegetarian dish which is much better than the chevre/tomato salads on offer everywhere else.
Our room is airy and spacious, full of French characters. The pretty hotel is conveniently located 3 minutes's walk to the beach between Le Treport and Mers-Les-Bains. Their breakfast is of good quality and good value. Highly recommended.
