The appartement is well equipped with everything that you need (e.g. for cooking, etc). The bakery for your fresh baguette and croissant in the morning is literally next door. The nearest metro station (station "Hoche") and a supermarket are 5 minutes by foot. There is one double-bed and one sleeping couch (also double size). Both are very comfortable. The host was very friendly and the handover of the keys (key box) is well organized. We felt very comfortable during our one-week stay with our daughter (10 years old). The house in which the appartement is located, looks a bit old from the outside (see also Google street view). But don't let that first impression fool you. The appartement is very nice on the inside. ("Never judge a book by its cover"). I would book it again if I go to Paris again.
Located in the north of Paris near Boulevard Périphérique, ibis Budget Paris Porte De Montmartre is just a 10-minute walk from Porte de Saint-Ouen Metro Station. Stade de France Stadium is 4 km away.

this property is not suitable for human living. it is even worst than third world countries.
Electric currents in entire bathroom with water running around, abusive and nonsense manager, property is in dangerous condition, tons of mosquitoes, heaters are also giving you intermittent shocks, all the furniture is absolutely rubbish. we left the property with life threatening danger and with absurd manager. Our vacation is spoiled completely. we have to call emergency 112 to secure us and finally able to came out from this property, walked many kilometers in a rainy cold day to move to another accommodation with premium payment. it will be not shame to say that Booking.com is running a scam by promoting such hazardous property with higher ranking. totally worthless.

A village with real character and yet very close to the city of Paris with excellent shops and restaurants. a Carrefour, Vanilla bakery and numerous little cafes. The corner cafe/ restaurant 'Villa Saint Gervais' on the corner of Place du General Leclerc was our go-to place for refreshments and superb meals. my favourite boutique: BisBis, on Rue Andre Joineau for an eclectic selection of accessories and clothes. There is a good offer of public transport connections and a bicycle hire pickup-station nearby.

The apartment was really dirty, the bed sheets had blood, the trash can was full when I came in and due to this, the smell of the room was horrible. I had to sleep two nights with other people's blood, this is unacceptable!
