Location - absolutely central in Lavaur, easy to step out and access everything on foot! Very cute street too. Comfortable couch and bed, specious apartment with most of the necessities. The staircase is definitely old, but I found it charming. Hand over of keys was easy as the proprietor owns a shop almost across the street.
