Unfortunately when we arrived at 19:00 the reception was closed and there was no one there, not even a single guest, which was strange for a 3 star hotel.
After we checked in with the code that was emailed to me, we felt unsafe and did not even enter the room and left the hotel and spent the night in another hotel.
I also sent a message to this hotel for a refund for one night and they did not respond.
The fact that this hotel description is not clearly stated on booking website, Be careful when booking this hotel.

We were in hilly area 10 min brisk walk to beach which we didn't mind but might be a stretch for some as it's a little hilly
Used Arcachon for shopping and cafes though there are supermarkets in La Teste ,Arcachon is lovely we went several times

La Teste de Buch is a lively and pretty town , very practical and quaint. it is well situated and close to the sea. A must for families. It has a famous market worth visiting many times a week as it offers gallores of local produce and delicious delicacies. Transport is good and don t miss visiting the church!

Very nice place to stay and a good base for travelling around. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities but if you like to cook there is no oven just a microwave which was fine for us and we ate out.

Comfortable and clean room with AC. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and quiet neighborhood. The hotel is a good 20min walk from the hustle and bustle of Arcachon center. Lidl, pharmacy and boulangerie right next door.
I liked this hotel. My room was compact but comfortable and clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. The parking is excellent and the the breakfast service was really great too. I would stay again.
Loved this hotel and it's friendly and helpful staff. It's got a funky design with the added bonus of a fabulous outdoor pool. Breakfast was excellent.
