We were stuck in Lyon due to problems at the airport, so we had to book a last minute hotel. The people were so friendly and helpful we are beyond grateful. The guy that checked us in was super friendly and hospital. So was the woman that checked us out and helped me with my broken luggage. Thanks a lot, this made our unforeseen stay a lot better. The bathroom had one of the best hotel showers, I work for Marriott and have been to plenty, the space was insane! Everyone in Lyon was most helpful and friendly. Much appreciated!
