Frédéric and his colleagues were very welcoming and kind, making our stay wonderful! Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and nice surroundings. The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Versailles and the charming Saint-Germain-en-Laye, don't forget to visit Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte after Versailles for a real immersion in history!

It was a one night stay in Versaille to visit the palace and see the night show in the gardens. We spent little time there and left earlier than planned for our flight the next day. Very unappealing on the outside. Sent 2 messages that were never answered. The space itself was small but clean. And neighbors were noisy. I would not return.

We were a crazy bunch from the UK and every thing we ever needed, they were more than happy to assist us. Great smiles, laughs and giggles. Made us so comfortable were super helpful in guiding us on some of the things nearby. The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what really brings the beauty of this place. Hotel is absolutely amazing, excellent service. My mother uses a wheelchair and the staff were so accommodating and nothing was ever an issue. The restaurant and food is incredible too
