The hotel staff from the receptionist to the cleaning staff were all Excellent,very friendly,polite and helpful nothing negative about them even when some guests are being very impolite to them and complain about some very minor things they still remain calm. The breakfast was good (Pain au Chocolat was really great!). Hot drinks were amazing. The location is very close to the train station (Vendenheim), and bus Station (Artisan and Perdix). By TER you can reach Strasbourg within.10 minutes. By bus about 30 minutes.

We needed a place to stay for the night while traveling, this was a perfect quiet stop for us. We loved the Christmas decorations, the warm heating, and the breakfast had some amazing breads to choose from.
The house is located is a small village, however it has everything you need (grocery store, bakery, restaurant).
The communication and interaction with Christophe was great. He answers very quickly to the messages, it takes just a few minutes!
In our case he was very, very helpful as well, because we arrived way too early for the check in, however, he let us live the suitcase there and still give us the room’s key. But of course, we spoke with him BEFORE we arrived at the hotel, if that would be ok with him.
What a amazing brand new hotel. Perfect and safe parking. If you have expensive cars, book this hotel! It even smelled new inside! Super professional and nice personal. Cosy small town a few minute drive from the hotel. And a popular pizzeria next to the hotel. Other than that it is in the middle of some fields. Fresh air and quiet.
