No hand soap or shower soap whatsoever. Floor is sticky, found some bugs(bed bug?) on mattress. Shower curtain is broken. Room has cigarettes smell. Only have 2 bath towels for a booking of 3 people. No hand towel at all. Too much things to dislike….

We didnt reliase there were satellite rooms so we didnt stay in the actual house. However, our room was very spacious and comfortable. The A L'a carte menu was very poor. On our night we had the choice of only 2 starters and 3 main courses. The grounds need some attention.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rate Hôtel Château Cléry. Room was good and comfortable, bed and pillows also. It wasn't hot in the room despite the fact that it was warm outside.
Chateau is really old-french style, cozy and nice and has a lot of walking roots. You can make you own photo-session with Chateau view or inside of the Chateau :)
Breakfast is good and served in nice facilities :)
Parking is free for the guests.
Good place to stay near Boulogne-sur-Mer!
We booked ahead of our arrival for an evening meal. The hotel stated we had not and therefore we could not eat at the hotel. Sadly the location of the hotel and grounds are wonderful, but there is very little else close by. Therefore quite a trek to eat dinner. Not ideal.
We were staying just for one night having arrived early evening on Le Shuttle with our dog
The room dinner, breakfast and friendliness of the hotel was a lovely welcome to France would definitely re-book.
Lovely late 18th C chateau built as a holiday home by a wealthy merchant from Boulogne and sympathetically converted into an hotel. The staff are lovely, truly professional and the food is excellent.
Nice hotel, we had a dog friendly room in the old stable building which was fine for one night.
We had a meal in the evening which was as delicious & breakfast was lovely too
