We ate lunch at Cafe du Roy and had a great meal - galettes and Rose wine. Stopped for a drink in the afternoon in the square overlooking the water features and the old houses which was very pleasant. Market was on Friday and there were quite a lot of shops to explore.
We used our bikes to get around and there were places to leave them when not needed. Nice little park so would stay here again.

It was a quaint and beautiful old town.
It was a quaint and beautiful old town. The cathederal, square and shopping areas was easy to find and get around. Restaurants were plentiful and reasonably priced. We had moules et frites for 12 E.
Our hostess, Mme Isabelle was welcoming and attentive to our every need while respecting our privacy. She gave us a delightful traditional French breakfast, delivered with a beautiful presentation. I will go back!
We had to spend a night in Guingamp because the train could not go thanks to a fire. This hotel was next to the railway station and had a room, which was all we wanted. The bathroom/toilet had an interesting retro chic (or were originals from the 70ies)
Hotel is close to everything.
Center, Train Station, Restaurants, Supermarkets, and even has its own Bar-Café: always fun to discover and enjoy.
My folding bike was no problem to store.
Breakfast : Tasty, Good coffee.
Clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was stuck in Guingamp owing to a delayed train and needed to find a hotel at 22h30. The host was very friendly, accommodating and keen to help me out at such a late time.
Hotel next to station without noise. Bar for evening places to eat within walking distance very friendly staff, very limited English spoken but better than my French
