The room was basic at best. Bed comfortable and sheets clean. However the shower room had hair on the floor. The hotel looks scruffy on arrival. No lift and the stairs weren't very clean either. The reception was efficient but not warm or welcoming. Overall it was a poor experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

The host was so helpful and sweet! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and made to order; everything was garden fresh and homemade. There was a beautiful yard space where we could relax and let our son play.
The room was adorable, with an updated bathroom, and the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely stay again in the future!

The location could not have been better for the purpose intended which was a good night's sleep before crossing the eurotunnel and a long day of driving. Less than 20 minutes from the terminal, yet in a quiet and peaceful location with safe parking and some lovely walks for the dog. The room was larger than we thought from the pictures, and had everything we needed. Nicolas was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, and we're looking forward to coming back in the future as we know we'll have a cosy night's sleep.
