The individuals running this property are very nice and wonderful people. The parking was great and easy, communication was good, and the location was a straight shot from downtown Grasse. Although we drove a car, we took an Uber to the downtown area and then walked back to the unit since the walk back is 100% downhill (and it's good to walk off the good food). Beyond the town are some regional parks that are nice to hike as well (take the more "major" roads around the old town rather than driving through, no matter what Google says).
We booked the family room, which has one double bed and two singles for the kids. It was definitely enough space for the family, and it was great for the price!
The hotel is located right in the heart of Grasse, the world's perfume capital, just 2 minutes from the historical center, the museums and perfume factories.

Beautiful city and probably very interesting during the day.
Beautiful city and probably very interesting during the day. Spectacular views. At night the centre was very quiet ,in fact dead. Everywhere seemed to be closed except some seedy-looking bars which housed some dubious-looking clients. Virtually no women or young people around . Not a nice atmosphere.
Only there for one night .

Great by daytime with charming shops and the renowned purfumeries (Fragonard, etc). Be prepared to splash out in the numerous shops.
Somewhat gloomy and unsafe at night, no locals in the streets, all decent places closed, and lots of immigrants that do not look exactly happy and well-to-do.

Perfume heaven! Plenty of indie perfumers.
Perfume heaven! Plenty of indie perfumers. The wonderful International Museum of Perfumery and Fragonard (Fragonard museum is free) are 'must visits) . Restaurants were variable and we found traditional French style restaurants a bit thin on the ground., however we enjoyed La Tannerie, with great French cuisine, superb service and good value. Plenty of pizza, snacks and cafes There's a very well stocked Monoprix supermarket, a food market on Tuesday mornings in the square and plenty of cheese shops and boulangeries.and the local provencal rose wines are delicious!
Bring good walking shoes as the tiny streets are quite steep in places. The town is clean and friendly

Grasse is a historic perfume centre in south-east France.
Grasse is a historic perfume centre in south-east France. Perfume is the main focus of the town, with shops, museums and tours centred on its production. The Museum Fragonard is an interesting experience, to be recommended. The town is easy to walk round, though getting buses in and out of the town involve considerable walking. It can be busy with cars at times.

Grasse is a small town and we were there for almost two full days, that was at least a day and a half too long. It might be a place to base yourself if you had a car and you can easily get the train to Cannes or Nice, but then why not just stay in Cannes or Nice.

The hosts Isabelle and Francois went above and beyond. My mother had to go to the emergency department and they were so wonderful helping and looking after us. Their lovely little villa felt like home. We loved the breakfasts on the sunny terrace and our room with a stunning view over the hills of Grasse. The menu at night was also delicious. This place has a lot character and charm.
Super friendly, helpful and obliging owner! Excellent location, some coffee and tea available on arrival along with decent soap and plenty of towels. The property was clean and very functional. Ideal for my stay. Lovely buzz in such a cute rue, which allowed me to discover a few other things I haven't seen before in Grasse. Merci beaucoup!
Room, location everything was great ! Room was very clean and tidy ! And they have almost everything we didn't need to prepare lots of things ! Also when we need helpful something, all the time owner replied so quickly that is really helpful !
If we go to Grasse again definitely we will use again 😊
