The outside sitting area was nice and it is quiet and peaceful there. There isn't anything close by (cafe, store, etc.) that you can simply walk to though.

The receptionist was extremely kind & helpful. She did her best trying to sort out the problems created by faulty software preventing access to certain rooms with the code provided during check-in. The rooms were clean & the beds comfortable.

Rooms were very comfortable and decently spacious. The pool was nice to relax in and loved having the two saunas to choose from.
We took the free bikes from the hotel to bike to the chantilly castle, which was great! A very relaxing start to a vacation.
For those traveling with a dog/dogs:
Very pet friendly, dogs are also allowed in the restaurant during breakfast. Area around the hotel/castle offers enough variety and space for a quick sniff and walk in the morning/before going to bed.
Very clean, older style rooms but cosy and super located specially when visiting Chateaux Chantilly. Very nice personal and very good food in the restaurant. Definitely can recommend this hotel.
