Owners were very responsive to my messages. They also allowed me to check in early. The cabin itself was very cozy and well equipped. The Kitchen had everything you might require for cooking and all the pots, pans and utensils were in great condition. AC worked great for heating. It was also great since the bed was in a separate room so you could heat the living area in the evening while keeping the bedroom cool for a good night's sleep.

Ghisonaccia has really beautiful white, long and clean sandy beaches and very nice pinewood forests that invite for long walks. I was surprised to find in mid September only a few people at the beach :-)
There is also a big Leclerc supermarket and a Spar supermarché in the town center.
Unfortunately there is from morning to evening a constant flow of cars from Bastia towards the south through Ghisonaccia. So it's unfortunately not really nice in the center. There is also no possibility of renting a bycicle - but to be honest, you wouldn't want to drive on the main road either.
Great host, old lady who really took care of us and made us feel like at home. She welcomed us with cold water prepared in the fridge, homemade marmelade and Corsean cookies. Kids could you the swimming pool, swings, play outside in the garden and we could enjoy the outside peace and watch them. It was lovely staying there.
Pool area was amazing, like a 5-star hotel, right on the beach - kids and us adults loved it, perfect! The beach also was lovely, warm ocean with some small waves for fun. Not overcrowded. The staff at reception were very friendly also.
Apartment had a dishwasher and clothes washer which were excellent and very useful.
Good sized apartment with large balcony with sea views. Walk 5 mins to beach or 10 mi a to small town with restaurant or bit further into Ghisonaccia. All amenities, parking for the motorbikes, fantastic value for money (we were there off season). Could easily have stayed a week!
It is a small camping with 8-9 bungalows. The sea is very near, 30 meter, there was no crowd (in July) and the bungalow is not big but functionally very well structured (for a familiy with two adults and two children - 3 and 10 years old).
