Nothing, it was all horrible. The apartment without cleanning for a long time. Spiders and Centipedes from all side inside of the apartment. The host after we phone him sent a person to try to put everything in order but it wasn't enought. She gave us clean bedding. See photos in attachment.
We left the apartment and continued our trip because our child were disgusted.

Very nice breakfast! Hassan who run the restaurant was very polite and helpful.
The staff in the reception was wonderful, they helped us a lot when I broke my arm and needed to go to hospital. We could keep the room for some extra hours which was a great help as I was in a bad condition.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than expected, but was clean and the bed comfortable, plus plenty of good choice at breakfast. The location is also very convenient if you don't want to drive into and park in the centre of Bordeaux. There is free parking on site and the tram station is less than a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend it as a comfortable base to stay; transport links are excellent and some good restaurants nearby.
The greeting from staff when we entered the hotel was warm and friendly, and explanations of what was nearby including food were very helpful. The room though compact had everything you could want - the bed and pillow were comfortable and everything was clean. Didn't hear any noise overnight, even though we were by a very busy road. The breakfast food was fresh, with lots of choice, sweet and savoury available. So pleased we found this hotel, perfect for a stop over on the way to the Pyrenees, and will definitely be back!
One of the best hotels i have stayed in in our travels,lovely authentic rooms and grounds to relax in.Wonderful very helpful staff who go out of there way to help especially Eugene who we interacted with the most.Our group all have said the same and will advise friends and family to stay if they come to Bordeaux.
The hosts mother was excellent! She met us and showed us all in the apartment and explained the bus system. Great apartment with all you need. Was in excellent location for us as had an appointment at Floirac hospital and only bus ride in Bordeaux. Nice quiet location, perfect fit what we wanted.
Very friendly staff, nicely decorated, breakfast sumptuous and excellent! For us the location is perfect, around half an hour walk from Arkea Arena. Possible to have drinks before and after concert. This was Altica hotel before, been a couple of times and will definitely be back again
