We really enjoyed the hospitality of this hotel, the staff was amazing, the location was perfect for a getaway and the lobby, rooms were so comfy and nice touch of minimalistic. The location was excellent, on the main road through the town which wasn’t busy. The lady at check in was helpful and attentive and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was very spacious with comfortable good sized beds.
It is the best ski resort ever. We have been traveling to different ski resorts in Europe for the last 15 years and this place amazed us with slopes variety. The skiing was wonderful, we did not search for “good slope or best root” like we usually did on previous resorts because there are so many of them that could be called the best :). Thermal SPA is an excellent bonus!

The hotel totally exceeded our expectations. It had a very relaxing feel to it, being genuine and comfortable with no pretences of being swish and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information of suitable walks and details of the EV charging attached to the building. The restaurant, although not flash, met all our needs. Good quality and good value. Very good beer!
Excellent newly refurbished rooms. We had everything we needed and it was surprisingly spacious. The spa facilities were excellent. The staff were SO friendly and the hotel is located in amongst some really picturesque old town side streets. Excellent for families. Highly recommended
Nice Hotel in a very beautiful part of the world. We were able to park our motorbikes right in front of the hotel and were warmly greeted by Sophie, who provided us with coffee. The restaurant experience was nice and very convenient, meaning we didn't have to go anywhere else to eat.
Everything was nice. Clean and tidy. Heating of the room is also cool and hot if you wish. Breakfast is worth to take at the hotel. Owner are nice and very welcome lady. Thanks, view from the window was fantastic
