Reception Staff were friendly and polite. You could tell they wanted you to feel welcome.
As it was our honeymoon, they went to the extreme of putting petals on the bed, along with a lovely note and some free croissants and chocolate. It was a lovely gesture.

Location superb. Beautiful hotel, gardens and spa. Food was exceptional. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Concierge service wonderful. Annecy is one of the most beautiful places to visit and we could not fault the hotel in any way.

The entire hotel is lovely. The owner was really friendly and understanding when I arrived late, and breakfast was great.
Lovely modern new hotel with great views of the mountains in the distance.
Very comfortable bed with large bathroom. Staff were so friendly and kind. Kept our food in their fridge as no mini fridge in the room and let us have a picnic lunch in their breakfast area as it was raining. Very welcoming to our dog too with field next door for exercising her. Quick drive into Annecy and directed us an open air car park as our car was too high for a lot of the multi story ones in the centre. Would def recommend.
