But another guest helped me very friendly and I had no problem.

We had a stay from 15 to 17 January. The house at check-in was clean, everything is for a good relaxing stay. All the guests enjoyed themselves. Landlord was very friendly.
I would also like to mention that the landlord allowed us to stay half an hour longer as it was raining outside.

The hotel is situated in an old building with a view to Victor Hugo place. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Also the mattress was very comfortable and unlike in many other hotels, there are multiple lamps providing enough light in the evening. The curtains are also efficient in the morning.

The Novotel is set at the heart of Grenoble's business district, only a few steps from the TGV train station. A tram stop is conveniently situated just outside the hotel.

Spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Amazing view. The restaurant worked in the evening of January 1st and we had a great family dinner there. We were tired after a long journey from Paris and this stop was a hugely anticipated halt which fully satisfied us.
Arrived here with our car/trailer and our motobikes. Started a trip from here for a week and could leave the car/trailer at the parking for free, which was super attentive.
The hotel itself is really clean, new and spacious. The hammam and spa are in good condition and the pool is great aswell.
All this for a good price makes this hotel have a really great price to value. Would recommend to anyone.
